It’s really embarrassing uploading the first photo as I look so terrible ha. But I just want to show people how far I’ve come already. The first photo I’m around 140 lbs. The second photo I’m 129 lbs. So not that much weight lost but look at how much fat I’ve lost/muscle I’ve gained. Most importantly I’ve gained confidence and the motivation to improve even further. :)
Have confidence in yourself, you can do it!
